The only thing you see Jotaro doing really is just a ton of ORA ORAs (okay actually his stand is the one doing the work) but ORAs actually work differently depending on whether you have his stand out or not. As for his time stop, if you’re looking for damage, you’re better off without it but if you’re in the mood to style or extend combos, it’s a really nice move to use. Oh and if you plan on using Jotaro, you better be a good masher because that’s what you’ll be doing all the time during his combos. You can also get in more hits with the opponent in the corner but since when you hit them most of the time, they either scroll to the left or right making the entire combo difficult to pull off therefore I went with combos that work anywhere on the stage.
