While Jotaro’s combos work around mashing and time stops, DIO’s combos work around juggles and mix ups. DIO doesn’t have much options at all to combo into his time stop but the only option he has is more than enough to make the opponent suffer. Quite a higher learning curve than Jotaro but once you understand how DIO’s specials work, all his moves tend to blend well together.
