Shortly after finishing his Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Makoto combovid, Goryus decided to showcase “the horrible broken things the last boss, Gill, is capable of.” Obviously he’s an intentionally broken character, but the CPU only shows glimpses of his true combo potential.
