Can we work together to translate and transcribe this video in English? It would be a good research resource to have for future reference.

notes:
The main focus of this tutorial is explaining the various juggle limiters in KoF97’s combo system, as well as providing methods to circumvent those restrictions. A few combo setup glitches are also included, which explain most of the unusual behavior in his combo movies.

This video shows how they’re performed.

It’s a fairly straightforward glitch and rock2no has even provided a transcript, linked below. It seems that certain moves simply aren’t meant to miss and cause problems when they do. Maybe it can be useful in combos, for someone with quick enough command grab recovery?
